    First check whether the power board connector is loose and replace the fuse. If the color change is abnormal, adjust the color change cam or detect the needle position board signal. For the problem of random alarm, it is necessary to check the short circuit of the power supply and signal line of the broken line detection board, and upgrade the electronic control system software to be compatible with new functions (such as Chinese file name support) if necessary.
  • Q: How to deal with frequent thread breakage on the embroidery machine?
    A: 
    Check whether the gap between the needle and the shuttle matches, clean the burrs on the needle hole and the needle plate hole, and ensure that the thread passing parts (such as the thread clamp plate and the thread take-up rod) are smooth and unobstructed. If the thread breaks regularly, you need to adjust the needle height or replace the damaged thread take-up cam; if the thread breaks irregularly, check the thread quality and tension setting, and add silicone oil to the embroidery thread surface to reduce friction if necessary.
  • Q: What should I do if the shuttle makes abnormal noise or jams?
    A: 
    The fuzz or gap on the shuttle surface will cause jamming, which needs to be repaired by grinding with fine sandpaper. If the shuttle shaft moves, tighten the shuttle rod screw. Regularly clean the debris in the shuttle and add white oil for lubrication to prevent such problems. If the shuttle is severely worn, it is recommended to replace the original accessories to ensure accuracy.
     
  • Q: Is the machine head and the shuttle out of sync, causing skipped stitches or thread breakage?
    A: 
    The main reason is the poor synchronization between the drive block and the cam. It is necessary to loosen the drive cam, fix the spindle at the bottom dead center, adjust the drive block until it slightly contacts the adjustment head, and then tighten the screw. This operation can control the synchronization error within 0.5°, significantly improving the quality of embroidery.
  • Q: How to solve the problem of incomplete thread trimming or too short bottom line?
    A: 
    Check whether the angle of the thread trimming electromagnet is correct and clean up the debris at the scissors. If the bottom line is short, adjust the tension of the thread fork until the bottom line can be lightly pulled by hand, and check whether the bobbin case is deformed. If it is still abnormal, it is necessary to calibrate the thread trimming parameters (such as setting the line division angle to 310°-315°), or replace the worn scissor parts.
